Sand Jet System

The effective solution for removing the sludge accumulated at the bottom of the container.

Solids entering a separator tend to settle at the bottom of the vessel. This accumulation reduces the flow area, decreases separation efficiency, and creates conditions favorable for corrosion.

ARMK Sand Jet systems incorporate specially designed nozzles and a wash-water injection array configured according to the equipment's requirements. The design and spacing of these nozzles generate pressurized water streams that move sludge toward the outlet connections, ensuring a uniform and efficient sweep of the vessel bottom.

Our designs are engineered to operate under process fluid conditions, as well as in the presence of saltwater or impurities. Regular system flushing helps minimize the frequency of cleaning interventions and ensures the equipment remains operational with high availability.
